This was also a final painting, from the December exam period of my semester 1 painting class from my junior year. It was a project on an artist that you draw inspiration from, so I picked Salman Toor. The painting itself is an image of myself, my sister, and my friend at the grocery store buying flowers, a tradition that takes place before we go to watch another friend perform in school plays. To create it, I chose to try to restore an abandoned canvas left in the art room, which proved a bit difficult, but I am happy with how it turned out.
